If you are a Christian, living out your faith can be difficult at times but try living out your faith with millions of people watching every move you make and see how you do. This is the life that Tim Tebow has, and handling the disappointments in life while the masses wait for your reactions must be extremely difficult. In Shaken, Tebow takes you through some of the most trying professional and a few personal disappointments that he has had to face.
You will learn a lot of the back stories that you may not have heard or known about while he was going through the ups and downs of his professional career. You will also see the genuine heart that he has for others, especially for kids. This book is well done; you can tell it is in his own words and his personal recollection of the events that happened. You’ll also learn what is really important to him and he does a good job trying to get you looking in the right direction and encouraging you to keep moving forward.
When you read the book you will get some of the answers that you have always wondered about, you will be encouraged by his personal interactions that he has with sick children, and his foundation. There is a strong Christian message of hope and of perseverance. If you’re already a Tebow fan you will really enjoy the book, if you’re not, you will be.
